Ready for the New Year

I'm so ready for the New Year, it has been busy and I can't wait to get back to scrappin. I hope everyone had a blessed Christmas. As you can see mine wasn't to bad and I'm excited to use my new gifts. It has been a while since I was able to just sit down and get creative. I wish everyone a Happy New Year! and I will see you next year.

Early Christmas Gift

My wonderful husband surprised me today when he told me we were going to Micheal's to get the Cricut Expresion I have been wanting for so long and it was even better when he told me I could get the pink one if I wanted even though it was a little more. I can't wait to get some free time so I can get started on all those projects I couldn't do before.

Hi everyone, I can't believe I have not posted anything since I went to the craft fair. It was great and I've been trying to finish up orders. I finished my last order yesterday and so hopefully I will get back to scrappin. I made this one for a challenge at Sketches in Thyme. Today is the last day so I got up early and got started.

Dream

This the layout I created for the scrap swap I went to this saturday. I bought the paper at our local scrapbooking store. I used gypsy wanderings for the title, ms for the butterflies and home decor for the branches. I added fabric flowers a little lace and some buttons. The girls said it was a lot but as I worked on it I just got idea after idea and so I kept adding.

Challenge

Okay, I'm trying to scrap some more but I have so many projects going on right now its crazy,... Lap blanket for Threads of Prayer, a ministry at our church for people who are ill, 12x12 squares for and afghan that is going to a friend that suffers from MoyaMoya, finishing projects for the craft fair on the 20th, sewing cricut covers and I have a scrap swap this Sat. and need to make 8 projects. With all this going on I'm trying not to neglect my family too.
I need a vacation! But anyways I made this Lo for the challenge over at The Pink ElephantThe theme is Brown & Orange. I used Tink to cut the sun the rest is a kit from Cloud9Design

3D Haunted House

My twins wanted to make the haunted house from Happy Haunting and so they started it but I kind of took over lol so, here it is they helped put it together and added other things

I like to make girly layouts you can put so much on them and they are always so cute, so I like this one. I used Gypsy wanderings for the dragon fly and border and I created the swirl journaling on my computer. The paper is from Joann's and I totally love this shinny paper that they have.
